Laser Cutting
Procedrom owns 2 Bystronic laser cutting machines (BySpeed 3015 4.4 kW and BySprint 3015 3kW) that can satisfy the most demanding requirements of the market. Table size 2500×6000 mm cutting allows the optimization and execution of complex parts with minimal waste of material.
Maximum format cutting: 2500 x 6000 mm
Maximum thickness of cutting: Steel – 0.02 mm – 20mm,
Stainless steel: – 0.03 mm – 15mm,
Aluminium: – 0.02 mm – 12mm,
CNC Bending
CNC bending of sheet metal is one of the most important processes that can be integrated into the production flow with laser cutting process. Due to high precision that runs bending is essential for the quality of the final product, Procedrom owns three types of CNC bending machine: Bystronic Xact Smart, Beyler EURO 3, and Truma Band 260, offering sheet metal bending at the highest quality level.
Bending specs:
Bystronic Xact Smart – 80 tons with bending length of 3 meters
Beyler EURO 3 – 320 tons with bending length of 6 meters
Truma Band 260 – 260 tons with bending length of 3 meters
Welding
Procedrom specializes in a comprehensive array of welding services tailored to meet diverse industrial needs. Our expertise spans across three distinct welding methodologies: MIG MAG welding, TIG welding, and Laser welding.
